Exchanges & Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date shipped. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Sale items and swimsuits are non-refundable.  However you may exchange the item for size or store credit.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Policy:

Pre-Orders are advance purchases on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date.  This opportunity allows you to reserve your size/color.  Each designer has their own ship dates and is listed with each item.  We do not guarantee these dates and will inform you of any changes.  Cancelling a preorder before shipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We want you to be happy with your selections so we make it easy to return for a refund or exchange your advance purchase.

Current Promotions:

Receive a $25 gift certificate towards your next order for every $250 purchased in a single order.  Or receive a $30 gift certificate for every $300 purchase.  Even better, get a $75 gift certificate for $500 purchased.  These gift certificates are good towards your next order.  If the merchandise is returned the gift certificate will be voided if not used.  If used, then the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Promotion ends January 1^st 2010.  Gift Certificates are good for one year from date of purchase.

Shipping:

Always Free Shipping on orders over $99!  Unless otherwise noted.
Orders below $99 have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 via United State Post Office or UPS.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee. International Shipping free on orders over $150.

Gift Wrap:

We will gift wrap your purchase for a small fee of $5.  It will be wrapped, tied with ribbon or tulle and a gift card with your message.  Please add your message in the special notes area.

Price Match Guarantee:

We will match product prices including shipping with any other authorized online retailer.
