Q. How do I return a product?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date shipped. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
